1. Contacting or dealing with Webcreation entails agreement to these conditions. This includes but is not limited to use of Webcreation's services or products
2. Urgent tasks or work requested outside normal working hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm New Zealand time may attract surcharges of up to an additional 25% per hour of work, at the hourly rate.
3. Quoted prices do not normally include logo creation or modification. Please ask about our graphic design services.
4. Quoted prices do not include unforeseen tasks or tasks not reasonably covered in original contract
5. “Error-free”: We guarantee there to be no coding errors in the completed site. This does not include content or code that:

   turns out to be unsuitable for the client’s intentions is based on or includes third party code or software is based on or includes information supplied by the client

6. These Terms and Conditions are a brief guide only and are subject to change at any time without notification through this website. The client is responsible for knowing the current Terms and Conditions at the time of contract. The current, effective Terms and Conditions can be supplied at time of contract creation.
7. These Terms and Conditions are not intended to limit your rights in New Zealand under the Consumer Guarantees Act or Fair Trading Acts, but will protect Webcreation to a reasonable extent.
